Olivia Hickerson, CNP is the Founder and Principal Consultant of EmpowerTactics. She brings a calm clarity to complex challenges, helping leaders reconnect with their vision while building the structure and strategy to get there.
With years of experience in grant writing, strategic planning, and operational development, Olivia works with mission driven organizations navigating growth, transition, and capacity strain. Her strength lies in translating complexity into practical, usable systems that support real world decision making.
Olivia’s work is rooted in equity, collaboration, and sustainability. She understands the pressures nonprofit and mission driven leaders face because she has lived them. Her approach balances systems level thinking with deep respect for people, relationships, and community rooted work.
